If your country of origin is not listed, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote. We absolutely want to ship your favorite pair of boots so we treat every shipping enquiry with the same consideration.

Shipping to Canada*:

What are the additional taxes or duties that I will need to pay when shipping to Canada? Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable import duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). We have no control over this, and are unable to refund any of these costs as they are collected by the Canadian Government. Once you know which boot you are going to order, you can contact your local post office to find out what the duty/taxes may be.

There appears to be a level of inconsistency with Canadian taxing policies and taxes may vary in different provinces.

Our Shipping Partners:

We ship to Canada via FedEX and the cost for this is $68 for one pair of boots (each additional pair is $48). Multiple pairs are sometimes shipped in separate cartons when we ship using FedEX because their fees are based on dimensional weight and sometimes it is less expensive to ship 3 pairs separately than 3 pairs in one carton.

When entering your shipping information, please include your apartment number if you have one. If you are having your boots shipped to a business address, please include your company name, room/floor number, or any other pertinent information regarding your address.

How to avoid your boots being returned to us: Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you are able to track your delivery. PLEASE NOTE if for some reason you do not receive an email with tracking information from us within one or two business days,

please contact us, as you will need to keep track of your package by visiting the FedEX website so that your boots are not returned back to us.

Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over the packages and if you have not heard anything within a maximum of 7 -10 days from your local post office regarding your shipment, please contact them to see if they are holding a package for you by giving them your tracking number. Should you miss a delivery for failure to track your shipment or refuse it for any reason once your boots arrive in your country (because of duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.), we cannot be responsible for any of the shipping costs and they will not be refunded. You will be charged for the return shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee per pair if they are returned to us. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

We ship via FedEX. You can check with your local post office or customs office regarding any taxes and/or duties you may need to pay to import boots into your country. Unfortunately, we do not have information on these rates for other countries.

The rates are based upon the country of origin (usually Portugal, China, India or The Netherlands) and the materials used to manufacture the boots (leather or man-made). Each foreign country has its own rules regarding import duty rates and they should be accessible via your local post office, customs or the internet.

You are responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes and we do not refund any of these costs. We partner with FedEx to ship internationally. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes in any of the countries listed above. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed so that you can be aware of your pending delivery. IMPORTANT: If for some reason you do not receive an email with tracking information from us within one or two business days, please contact us immediately.

We recommend that customers in Europe, Australia or New Zealand use the EU/UK equivalent shoe size as a basis when choosing which US shoe size to order.

We are not responsible for size conversions and customers (especially in Australia and New Zealand) may also want to research size conversions or look them up on their own on Google since the size conversions for Australia are sometimes different than ours on different websites.

If you are worried about getting the correct measurement please follow the link to our measuring guide, where you will find advice and guidance on how to measure your feet. How do I convert my metric calf measurements to US sizes in inches? Since we cannot make a chart that includes every metric conversion size from centimeters into inches, please go to this link and insert your calf size for the correct metric conversion to US inches: Metric Conversions. You can also use Google to find another site that offers a conversion. Once you know the metric equivalent in US inches, you can choose a boot that you like, look up your shoe size and find your corresponding calf size.

Our boots are cut with using a multiple width fitting system and are available in a variety of different calf width fittings. We do not currently make made to measure boots but our boots have a width fitting range from 13 to 24 inches and are available in shoes sizes 5 to 13. What are the international exchange rates to US currency? We do not supply any exchange rate information as typically these rates can change on a daily basis. Your purchase cost will be based on the rate at the time the order is placed and that is done automatically by your bank through your credit card. You can access this information from the local bank in your country and/or on Google. How long do I have to return or exchange my boots if they do not fit? It is important to return or exchange your boots as soon as possible to conform to our return policies. We require that your boots are returned for credit or exchange within 30 days of the date of your order so please be certain to use "Priority Mail" for any returns to the U.S. Please see our return policy for more information.
